Prepare a short internal/memo report being focused on the issue of "Extending library Hours in the KU main Campus"
Extending library hours in KU main Campus:

SUBJECT: Extending library hours in the Ku main Campus
Overview:
The library in the main Campus of KU is open for the use of students from 7 am in the morning till 8 pm in the evening. We have received lots of requests from the student of our department stating the open hours of KU library is not adequate for them and they want to extend the hours of services.
Discussion:
According to the requests we get from the students and faculties working in our department the library hours not adequate for both parties. They are unable to access the library services in early mornings and late hours. They have requested for the folloeing:
1. Extending opening hours of the library:
The students and teaching faculties have requested to extend the opening hours of the library at least from 5 in the morning to 10 in the evening. There are many students and faculties living near KU and the KU library is the most trusted access to information. Hence extended periods of library services will be a great help to them.
2. Addition of Desk and benches:
There are fewer complaints on the unavailability of desk and benches from some students. I would like to request to address this problem as well.
3. An increment of internet speed at the library:
Due to a number of devices using the internet facilities in the KU library, it is recommended to increase the internet speed as well.
Conclusion:
In the report, we have addressed three problems but the major is the opening hours of the library. We request you to solve this particular as soon as possible. Also, addressing other problems in time will be really helpful.
